Project Leader是为了顺利推动Model Year的日常工作和进度,设立的一个Main Coordinator,TAR设定如下:
TASK:
· Leader of the project
· Arrange and document project goals, project content and project organization for the project runtime (project assignment)
· Work out detailed project plans together with project team
· Installation of project organization and period ical meetings
· Tracking of project plans, analyze plan variance and initiate and track measures to meet project goals
· Set up a project database to document and spread project-relevant files within the project team
· Document project goal changes, changes of planning assumption etc.
· Represent the project in public in accordance with the ordering party
· Periodical project reporting to the ordering party based on SPL reports
· Implementation and execution of risk management process and definition of countermeasures
· Motivation, support and project specific lead of project members
· Transparency of project status and process to all project members
· Integration of line functions / sub project leaders
· Organization and implementation of QG previews and reviews with sub project leaders
· Support of sub project leaders for funtional and organizational problems
AUTHORITY:
· Establish efficient project team and control required human resources during project duration
· Exclusive speaker function in the project
· Assignment of functional departments / externals
· Project oriented technical authority for project core team
· Escalate subjects that jeopardize the project to superior instances
· Power of veto regarding all project relevant decisions
· Expenses approval within the project scope (incl. Travel approvals)
RESPONSIBILITY:
· Responsible for project goals according to project assignment concerning cost, timing and quality
· Transparency of cost
· Achievement of target costs
· Fulfillment of specification book requirements
· Achievement of planned milestone / QGs
· Responsible for project budget
· Demand necessary project resources and decisions (including change management) |
